What proof of address is accepted?

We accept either one of the following:

Utility Bill such as Gas, Internet, Electricity, Water, or Cable TV (Mobile Phone Bill is not accepted) / Bank or Credit Card Statement.

Note: Proof of Address should be dated within the last 2 months.
